The hotel is value for money.Great place to stay.Everything was excellent !The staff of the hotel was very nice hospitality and helpful. Close to ski resort and to the centre by hotel shuttle bus.The room was large and the beds were comfortable.The half-pension was incredible with a wonderful menu .Spa and sauna on the 1st floor after ski was always a pleasure !

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a hotel in the beautiful town of Madonna di Campiglio. The views from the restaurant were absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel's decor was stunning. The location was ideal, and I loved how clean and well-kept everything was, especially the pool, sauna, and spa area. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lifts and town center was a convenient bonus. Despite being priced reasonably, the hotel still exceeded my expectations.
I did have a couple of minor issues. The breakfast could have been better, as the quality of the ham and cold cuts was not up to par.

The lounge bar at the hotel was a great place for après ski and after-dinner drinks. We enjoyed the sophisticated background music that created a relaxed atmosphere. Later in the evening, the bar turned into a disco with group dancing and singing, providing serious fun and enjoyment every night.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available for children.

I had a fantastic stay at Cristal Palace. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and luxurious bathroom. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, which offered a variety of tasty options. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the city.
